Balmain's 27-year-old designer Olivier Rousteing got into this business the normal way: slaving through underpaid internships. Did he hold any un-glamorous part-time jobs to support himself during those days? "Of course," he told the Cut at last night's Swarovski party for the "Paris Haute Couture" exhibit at the Hôtel de Ville. "Okay, one. I danced. I was dancing in clubs, to get more money [during] my internships." Like, go-go dancing? "No, I was dressed, actually. It was in Italy. It was a lot of fun." Followed up with a large order McNuggets the next morning, surely.
