This week's worst-dressed list is full of celebrities harkening back to the '90s in cropped tops that showcase a whole lotta skin and shiny Spandex that reminds us of the ol' days in the roller rink. Demi Lovato and Avril Lavigne both wore shimmering leggings that had us scratching our heads.
There were also a few instances of stars stepping out in what looked like silk nighties -- Kerry Washington, we're talking to you. Washington wasn't the only style star that took a wardrobe misstep this week; Zoe Saldana stepped out in a dress that looked like it has been left alone with a rabid cat and Anne Hathaway's dress had something akin to gills.
