If you're inspired by '70s fashion, you'll want to add Anya Taylor-Joy's latest outfit to your mood board. For an appearance on "The Graham Norton Show" on Nov. 11, the actor wore matching Harris Reed bell-bottoms and a waistcoat in a sheer lace fabric that put a sexy, modern twist on the retro silhouettes.
On Instagram, the star of "The Menu" shared close-ups of her look styled by Ryan Hastings. Reed designed the daring look from upcycled materials for their fall 2022 collection. This meticulously crafted matching set featured lace florals with crystal beading accents. In her caption, Taylor-Joy referred to Hastings and Reed as "absolute angels." She added, "You make dreams come true."
Although her low-rise bell-bottoms appear to be entirely sheer, Taylor-Joy's vest was lined with nude fabric and left open to reveal her black bra top. While the floral pattern covered the entirety of her ensemble, the hem of the pants featured a striking cluster of embroidered white flowers, providing contrast to the otherwise black ensemble.
For footwear, Taylor-Joy wore white platform boots also by Reed. She otherwise opted for minimal accessories; however, sticking true to her appreciation of opulent nails, Taylor-Joy complemented her look with lace nail art by Chisato Yamamoto.
