Anna Wintour Has Set Her Sights on Lena Dunham

Anna Wintour wants Lena Dunham to be the next Vogue cover girl, according to sources at the magazine. But it seems even Wintour has to put in some effort to woo the choosy Dunham. While we'd go with a singing telegram, Wintour's Herculean seduction efforts include a fancy, private dinner and bending the laws of the Vogue universe to accommodate Dunham's "type" on the cover.  "She's willing to violate a lot of Vogue traditions to do it, including putting her on the cover even though she doesn't really conform to the body type that Vogue has featured for most of its history," a source told Radar Online. Aw, breaking the ban on overweight women in Vogue? Anna, you shouldn't have.
