Amanda Seyfried is clearing up the rumors that she and "Les Miserables" co-star Anne Hathaway are battling it out over their Oscars dresses.
The actresses were reportedly involved in a fashion feud after Hathaway ditched her Valentino dress for a Prada gown hours before the big award show upon learning Seyfried was wearing a very similar Alexander McQueen creation. According to Us Weekly, Hathaway threw a "fit" during Oscars rehearsals once she discovered Seyfried's look was extremely reminiscent of hers. Allegedly, Seyfried left the run-through due to Hathaway's tantrum.
But, according to Seyfried herself, there appears to be no fight. The 27-year-old star took to Twitter to address the reports, tweeting:
Fact: I love you, Anne!

And although Hathaway never discussed the "feud," the 30-year-old Oscar winner did release a statement, apologizing to Valentino Garavani for opting not to wear his design.
"It came to my attention late Saturday night that there would be a dress worn to the Oscars that is remarkably similar to the Valentino I had intended to wear, and so I decided it was best for all involved to change my plans," she explained. "Though I love the dress I did wear, it was a difficult last-minute decision as I had so looked forward to wearing Valentino."
