As the world prepares itself for the emotional heartache soon to set in from the arrival (all at the same time) of the holidays, seasonal affective disorder, and Adele's forthcoming new album, 25, there is one beacon of hope for us, also from Adele. In an interview with Sirius XM, the singer for our souls explained that though she, like many of us, may have body issues, she has a strategy for dealing with them:
"There's bigger issues going on in the world than how I might feel about myself ... mainly there's only one of you, so why would you want to look like anyone else? Why would you want the same hairstyle as everyone else? And have the same opinions as everyone else?"
Good advice. But what if my body issues are that I want to look like Adele?
