Bless the souls of The Literary Review, who give out the Bad Sex Award each year. This is the 21st year that they will dole out “Britain’s Most Dreaded Literary Prize,” which aims to find “bad sex in good books.” Here are the nominations:

Who causes a photo shoot to fall apart when she's unavailable? Who packs more than Naomi Campbell (as confirmed by Naomi herself)? Who gets in on the action at a photo shoot featuring an exotic dancer and starts throwing dolla dolla bills? That would be Pat McGrath, creator of the twelve-hour Givenchy face mask, the global creative design director of Procter & Gamble, and now, the creator of a liquid foundation for selfies.
Technology. It's on every mind and in every hand. It inspired my previous blog post, and it was the topic of our eighth "Salon in the Salon" event last week.
If there's one thing we love, it's using metallics as neutrals, which is why we're into Manolo Blahnik's silver Soussaba flats — they're pretty and cleverly cut (just so) and feature a slightly lifted heel. And while the point of their toe looks sharp, the give of leather promises a beautiful-looking shoe that doesn't sacrifice a comfortable, snug fit. Yes, comfortable Manolos.
