It's just another day at the soccer match, until it isn't. Newly brunette Britney Spears flashed her bare bum at sons Jayden and Sean's soccer game Sunday in Los Angeles when the loose white dress she was wearing flared up behind her.
The wardrobe malfunction apparently inspired the 31-year-old pop star to change outfits: Spears was also photographed wearing a T-shirt and sweatpants at the same match.
EU Bans Cosmetics With Animal-Tested Ingredients
BRUSSELS — No new cosmetic product sold in Europe can contain ingredients tested on animals, thanks to a European Union ban introduced Monday.
"This is a great opportunity for Europe to set an example of responsible innovation in cosmetics without any compromise on consumer safety," said Tonio Borg, the top official on health and consumer issues for the 27-country EU.
Animal rights groups were quick to cheer the measure, but Cosmetics Europe, a trade body representing the EU's (EURO)71 billion ($93 billion) industry, said the ban "acts as a brake on innovation."
