This is becoming a common tale: You see an item of clothing from across the store, and you're elated because it seems absolutely perfect. But once you get a closer look, you realize that that gorgeous garment has been ruined by an unnecessary embellishment.
It seems as though big box stores are falling prey to over-designing and extraneous embellishments more and more these days. All of a sudden, skulls are de rigueur, as are tiny pockets and big bows -- but we're fed up with it. In protest of our least favorite embellishments, we've rounded up eight adornments we want put to bed. Who's with us?
