The two best things about Fashion Week are (in no particular order): the celeb-spotting and the hundreds upon hundreds of gorgeous designs that come down the runways. We’ve been doing plenty of the former (eeeh! This photo of the Jo Bros!) so let’s focus our attention on the catwalk.
Here are six dresses that caught our eye. (Caught our eye = ohmahgah ohmahgah OHMAHGAH want this so badly musthaveinclosetthissecond.) Check them out then let us know which is your favorite.
Coco Rocha opened the Zac Posen show in a flowy nude dress complete with a sheer cape-like component. (She must have loved the look as much as we did because she shared it with her 2.5 million fans on Google+.)
Speaking of models of the moment, Karlie Kloss stomped the Cushnie et Ochs runway in a white midi that managed to miraculously make cutouts look fresh again.
Victoria Beckham presented her collection to her husband and daughter — OK, and a whole bunch of other people too — on Sunday. And while we’d gladly take any of her Spring/Summer 2014 designs (Vix, you have our mailing address, right?), we were especially drawn to this red-and-white look.
We’d love to get our hands on this lace-flower-embellished Tadashi Shoji sheath, but we have the feeling we’d have to get in line behind a number of celebs who’d wear it to photo calls and luncheons.
One celeb said it was the Mara Hoffman dresses tht put Rainbrow Brite to shame, but we think this Custo Barcelona number is doing some Rainbow Brite shaming of its own.
We love this ensemble from Monique Lhuillier, but we really couldn’t pick just one, so why not just look at all the designs she sent down the runway?
So, which one of the designers’ creations would you want to add to your closet?
